Week Beginning Mon 6th July

The plans below are an outline of activities chosen by the year group teachers for children to complete using readily-available online resources.  On days when your child isn't in school, the most important activity to always complete is reading.

Year 2

Week beginning Mon 6th July

Year 3

Week beginning Mon 6th July

Year 4

Week beginning Mon 6th July

Year 5

Week beginning Mon 6th July

YR, Y1 and Y6

YR, Y1 and Y6 teachers have worked very hard to swiftly adapt their in-school plans to fit the new timetable.  Therefore, please continue to use Numbots, Sumdog, Times Tables Rockstars, My Maths and Code.org.  Your child could start learning to touch type with BBC Dance Mat Typing or they could complete a mini poster/project based on something they are interested in. They can continue to use the Oak Academy, BBC Bitesize and White Rose resources.

Week beginning Mon 13th July - ALL

This week would have been transition week for all pupils.  Therefore, we have set a transition project which all pupils can complete for their next teacher.  Years 2 to 5 have some farewell and welcome videos in an album to give some closure to this school year and introduce them to their new teachers and classroom areas.  See this week's Monday assembly in the general album for two further challenges.
Click here to view the transition project.
Click here to view the farewell and welcome videos - please look for the corresponding colour and information sheet to find out which year group.  Refer to the most recent newsletter for which class your child will be in next year.
