​Grade 4 Pts 5-6 £23,500-£23,893 pro rata (actual £19,794.05-£20,125.07).
37 hours per week (term time only)
Permanent Contract from 3rd September 2024
 
We are seeking to appoint a new School Receptionist to be the ‘face of Kingslea’.  You will be the first person to greet our parents and visitors when they arrive at the school. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, helpful and flexible to the needs of our stakeholders.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join the office team at our welcoming and successful primary school, with a culture of teamwork, support and initiative.
 
This position requires a person who can demonstrate flexibility, works well within a small team, but is also self-motivated and can work on their own initiative when necessary.  It can be a pressurised environment, so we are looking for someone who can keep calm and think clearly under the demands of a busy school reception.
 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and a strong attention detail is essential.  
 
Staff at Kingslea can take advantage of free wraparound childcare for primary aged children at any of the Rocketeers childcare settings within Horsham.

Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday, term-time only
Monday & Friday : 8.15am-4.30pm
Tuesday : 8.30am-4.30pm
Wednesday & Thursday : 8.30am-4.00pm
