How to book a Parents' Evening Appointment


​Go to  https://kingsleaps.schoolcloud.co.uk/
  • Enter your details (Parent login details must be entered exactly as we have them on our database. Once logged in please either save them in your browser or make a note of them as you will need them again to access the system on the day of your appointment).
  • Enter your child’s details 
  • Select your preferred date (please note which day has online appointments and which has face to face)
  • Your child(ren) teachers name will be displayed
  • Select continue to book appointment
  • Select your preferred time from those available for each child

​Once ALL appointments for your children have been made they will automatically be saved and you will receive a confirmation email. (If you do not complete ALL bookings at once you will need to click on the ‘click here’ link in the blue box at the top of the screen to save).

Only one appointment per child may be made however it is now possible for more than one parent to join the meeting.  If you require details of how to invite another parent to the meeting please click here.

If you are unable to login to book please contact [email protected] and you will be sent a reminder of your details.

On the Day of your Appointment (online video calls)

For the video call you will need a device with a microphone and speaker and a compatible web browser such as Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. 
So either:
  • a laptop with a webcam
  • a tablet with a front facing camera
  • a smartphone
 
You may wish to use a headset or earphones with a microphone to reduce echo.
 
Prior to your appointment, click on the link at the bottom of the confirmation email (you will be asked to confirm your child’s date of birth at this point), or go to https://kingsleaps.schoolcloud.co.uk/ and login.  Please ensure you login in good time (at least 5 minutes before your first appointment).
 
​All appointments will last for 10 minutes as usual and will terminate automatically after this time to allow teachers to prepare for their next appointment.

Should the video link fail during the course of the meeting, the teacher will contact you on the mobile number we hold on file.
