Step 3 - Do you or your child speak/understand a language other than English? If so please complete this form

Step 4 - Check to see if you are eligible to receive additional funding to support your child's education

Eligible children will receive free school milk each day, financial support for school trips, and will also receive an annual uniform allowance.

All children are entitled to receive free school milk until their fifth birthday. Please do not do anything, school will register the children to receive this automatically.
Once your child is five, parents are able to order and pay for milk for their child directly from Cool Milk. This is delivered directly to school together with a list of who has ordered it.
If you wish to order milk for your child after they are five years old, follow the instructions to register your child and select ‘If your child is over five’

Daily Timetable:
8.45am-9.00am: Children to enter classrooms with parents, complete morning routine tasks of self-registration and putting things away. Children will then settle to an activity. Once children are able to come in independently they will complete a simple writing or maths task on the carpet.

9.00am	Parents to depart from classrooms
9.00am – 9.05am	Registration
9.10am – 9.30am	Phonics session
9.30am – 11.55am	Short input. Self-initiated activities and adult directed tasks
11.55am – 1.05pm	Lunch time
1.05pm – 1.10pm	Afternoon registration
1.15pm – 1.25pm	Short input
1.35pm – 2.45pm	Self-initiated activities and adult directed tasks
2.45pm – 3.00pm	Story time
3.10pm	Home time

• Book bag (reading journal, coloured sticker reading book and a story book)
• PE kit – White t-shirt, black shorts and a Kingslea hoodie
• Rain coat to stay in school
• Wellie boots to stay in school
• A set of spare school clothes – Trousers/skirt, top, jumper, pants etc
• Water bottle
