Welcome to our final newsletter of the year.

As always, it’s been a busy year with so many fantastic events and opportunities for our children. I remain immensely proud of the achievements of every child and every member of staff.  I am fortunate that I get to visit every classroom, every day and it is our day-to-day focus on high expectations, a wide and varied curriculum and on kindness that shines through.

Welcome to the first newsletter of the summer term.

It really is lovely to be back and as always we have a jam-packed term ahead. It’s not just the children who learn at Kingslea but all of us, adults included, see ourselves as learners. You’ve probably never wondered what teachers do in staff meetings but I thought I’d share some of the ones we have planned for this term.

Newsletter - October 2018

27/8/2019

Dear Parents/Carers,
Thank you all for a great start to the term.  We’ve been very impressed with punctuality, attendance, how well the children have settled into their new year groups and how enthusiastic the children are about their learning. My office has had a constant flow of children coming to show me their work.

One of the highlights of my day is walking around the school, popping into classrooms to see the quality of teaching, the high expectations in place and the children engaged.
