Dear Parents/Carers,
At one of our recent leadership meetings we were discussing our ‘curriculum’: something that has been a strength of Kingslea since the school opened in 2006. Obviously the curriculum has developed and changed since 2006 in what we teach, the expectations we have, the visits we go on, the standard of work, the progression from Reception to Y6 etc, but the curriculum has always been at the centre of Kingslea’s work, even if it wasn’t until this September that it became the focus of the government’s education policy.
